The person behind SEMANU
We started SEMANU because we kept seeing software projects get stuck on the same things: exceptions documented nowhere, integrations that were never fully worked out, hidden costs that only surface later and users who never really embrace the new solution.
These are rarely purely technical problems. Most of the time they are business analysis problems that only become visible during implementation. SEMANU exists to bring those risks into focus beforehand, so projects start better prepared.
Our background is in business analysis, both on the shop floor and around the boardroom table. We work with manufacturers, configurator-driven product companies and teams that want to put AI to practical, operational use.
We work under mutual NDAs for every substantive conversation. We are fully independent and work with no preferred vendors.
